Tara Friedt has been involved in the Real Estate industry for most of her life. From being licensed in Minnesota in her early twenties, to owning a construction business with her contractor husband, Andy, where they did everything from building homes from scratch, to completing additions and extensive remodels. Tara and her husband have renovated two personal homes with three kids in tow. The learning process is never ending, and the knowledge gained has been priceless.
Since Tara has an insider’s point of view and is open to sharing everything she has learned, her skills and background are extremely valuable in a real estate transaction. There are many contributing factors to finding and negotiating the purchase of a property, and working with Tara ensures you have all the wisdom of her personal experience to navigate the process smoothly. She understands how big an investment a home is, and her goal is to help you find something that suits your lifestyle and budget.
Tara grew up in Minnesota and Wisconsin, but relocated to Vancouver, WA with her husband and three children in the summer of 2014. The cross country move has been an exciting new adventure for the family. From the diverse landscapes to exploring the terrain, they love everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Tara and her family enjoy hiking and hunting for coveted morel mushrooms (one of her kids’ favorite things to do). Tara also has a passion for cooking, photography, music, design, and date nights at the great local restaurants in our community.
